1.Problems Solving

Everyone loves to work in an organization that’s free of problems and conflicts, well that’s truly agreed, but practically that’s near to impossible. Unfortunately, problems and conflict is a major part of work and life, in general. What shall we do in order to find the root cause,lets start with some basic fundamentals.

What is the problem-solving process?

Well, that is a process that definitely needs a conclusion.

2.Conflict Management

3. Negotiation Skills

According to me, NEGOTIATION IS A WIN-WIN SITUATIONS.
Negotiation skills are something very important for many organizations, whether it’s a small or large organization. It clears the difference and gets out of the most agreed output from both sides. It also decreases the risk factors of arguments and disputes.

Phases of Negotiation skills:

A. Preparation:
Here I will carry it forward with a practical example between the hiring team and a job seeker. This is a very basic and fundamental stage of negotiation which includes all possible information of a job seeker i.e.his interest, skills, experience, and many more. It includes delimiting the bullet
topics to be discussed in an interview.

B.Development
The development comes from the moment the final interview starts until there is any conclusion whether the job seeker is qualified or not. During this phase, both the job seeker and hiring team are engaged in exchanging information, as well as defending their points of view.

C.Closing
Closing is the final phase of negotiation skills and it defines whether to raise an offer or the job seeker is not qualified. Before finalizing the offer it is really very important for both sides to ensure that there is nothing left to be dealt with. Once the negotiation is completed there is definitely closure and relaxation for both sides.

Here, when negotiation is concluded it is important to analyze objectively and to identify possible failures and aspects to improve.

4.Communication Skills

CS again a very essential aspect for Human resources, being able to communicate skillfully is perhaps the most important of all human resource skills. It’s an HR job to truly build the communication gap between the employees and an employer. An effective communication skilled HR is what any organization needs to be actually free from conflicts and problems, as it can help cut short many ongoing problems just because of proper communication between HR, Employees, and Employers. 5.Recruiting

Recruiting is a process of identifying, attracting, Identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding employees. In other words, it involves everything from the identification of a staffing need to filling it.

The process comprises of below stages:

A. Planning

The first stage of planning involves the need for the vacancy, planning the accurate job description for the vacancy, set objectives of the target, specify the number of vacancies and types of applicants to be contacted.

B.Searching

Once the planning is worked out, the search process begins. Nowadays, there are several portals available for searching a potential candidate, if an organization have planned well and done a good developing its sources and search methods, soon effective results will be seen by increasing
resumes. The resume received must be screened well and those who qualified must be called for an interview and unsuccessful applicants must be sent a letter of regret.

C.Offering

This is the last step of recruiting, where if a job seeker has qualified the process of an interview, will raise an expected offer depending on his/her technical skills.
