Description
Challenge : Modify current plateform that enables physicians to create accurate and legible patient prescriptions and make it compatible across different devices (web and mobile).
Solution
- Requirement Analysis: Understand the clinic's workflow, prescription requirements, and integration needs with existing EHR systems. Identify key features including medication database integration, dosage recommendations, allergy alerts and electronic submission.
- Understood current problems with solution: Understood how prescription generation was happening specially how system generates HTML on the fly.
- Modified current solution: Modified current solution and make dynamically generated prescription compatible across different browsers and Mobile apps.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: did end to end testing with the help of browserstack tool set for different device and browser types.
- Deployment and Training: Deploy the application on a secure server.
Results
The Patient Prescription Generation System successfully addressed the clinic’s needs, for accurate prescription:
- Physicians were able to create accurate and legible prescriptions quickly, reducing errors.
- Integration with medication databases ensured accurate dosage recommendations and medication information.
